Chicken potatoes in the oven



    For nights in a row, we had this for dinner simply because we couldn't get enough of it; that's how yummy this meal is and even though I didn't marinate the chicken due to lack of time, it came out fantastic. Follow the steps below for an amazing experience.
Ingredients :
3 Chicken laps
8 medium size potatoes
2 & 1/2 cups of water
1 plum tomato
1 medium size Onion
Chicken Mixed spice
Fish mixed spice
1 tablespoon Oil 


 
STEP 1:  Pre-heat oven to 30° Place washed Chicken on a small oven tray and season with  one spoon each of chicken and fish mixed spices.

STEP 2:  Wash Potatoes, peel them, wash them again, cut each of them into 3 and place them around the Chicken on the tray.

STEP 3: Chop Onion and Tomato, spread  them around the Potatoes and Chicken.

STEP 4: Sprinkle 2 teaspoons each of Chicken and Fish mixed spices on the potatoes
 
STEP 5: Add 1 tablespoon of oil and  2 & 1/2 cups of water.

STEP 6: Place tray in oven checking at intervals to baste and turn the chicken and Potatoes around for the other sides to cook. It should be good to eat after 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Note that I didn't use salt; that is because my mixed spices already contains salt.
